Possible Content Management Systems

• phpWebsite
  PHP CMS. Includes an online editor that lets users make text bold, add links, etc. May also add pictures to articles. Calendaring system, xhtml compatible and more. Looks like a really good base to build on.
• Plone
  Python CMS built on top of Zope. Interesting, but not quite what I want.
• Bricolage
  Perl-based CMS. Lots of support and folks seem to really like it. I don't know.
• ClassWeb
  This is the one I found about a year ago and have been hunting for again ever since. Looks very interesting.
