www.webopedia.com
Webopedia is an online encyclopedia of computer terms. This is an excellent starting place for learning more about particular technologies because the site not only lists a definition for each term, but also lists links to sites that will give more information on the topic.

www.pcguide.com
The PC Guide web site is a collection of brief explanations and tutorials on how a computer works, and how to keep a computer working. It is an excellent resource for basic troubleshooting and for learningabout various components and processes of a computer.
